RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We are confident you will love your purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. 
  • Merchandise must be in saleable condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, in original packaging, with all original tags attached.
  • Intimate garments (swimwear and bodysuits) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Please avoid wearing perfume, deodorant, or make-up when trying on items, as marks or scents may make the item non-returnable.
  • We cannot accept items damaged by the customer.

 

Return Process:

  1. Notify Us: Send an email to [email protected], within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging.  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  3. Replacement or Refund:
    • If you request a replacement of lower value, the difference will be refunded as cash or store credit.
    • If you request a replacement of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference plus shipping cost.
  4. Refunds: Refunds are processed minus the original shipping cost.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items:

All defective items or items shipped incorrectly are eligible for an exchange or refund.

  1. Notify Us: Email [email protected], within 7 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the defect or incorrect item.
  2. Exchange or Refund:
    • If you want a replacement, indicate “exchange” in your email.
    • If the item is confirmed as defective or incorrect, we will ship an exact replacement, if available, at no additional cost.
    • If the exact replacement is out of stock, you may choose from other available styles, or we will process a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
